Distribution requires extreme accuracy to ensure that every plan holder receives addenda, and any other pertinent information, on schedule and with proof of delivery. To that end we maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries. All shipments within California are next business day and are tracked via computer link with our shipper. Your Plan Holders' List is computerized, always current, and ready to fax or email to you, your agents, plan rooms and interested contractors. Our services range from simply drop-shipping per your specifications, to being listed as the contract document distributor in your Notice to Bidders. Our full-service distribution plan includes first contact with contractors requesting bid sets, obtaining required database information, receipt of payment, invoicing, and providing Plan Holders' Lists on demand.
